Privacy Policy

How The AI Tech Hub may collect, use and protect information when you visit our website.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

The short version: We aim to collect only what is reasonably necessary to operate and improve the website. If we use advertising or analytics services, those services may use cookies and similar technologies as described below.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to The AI Tech Hub and the website theaitechhub.com (referred to in this policy as “we”, “us”, “our” or “the website”).

The AI Tech Hub publishes educational content, articles, guides and information about artificial intelligence and AI tools.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect or receive limited information such as:

  • information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, such as your name, email address and message;
  • technical information such as browser type, device information, operating system and referring pages;
  • general usage information, such as pages visited and how visitors interact with the website;
  • information made available through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not ask visitors to provide sensitive personal information in order to browse the website.

3. How we use information

We may use information collected through the website to:

  • operate and maintain the website;
  • respond to messages and enquiries;
  • understand how visitors use the website;
  • improve content, navigation and user experience;
  • protect the website against spam, abuse and security issues;
  • support advertising or analytics services where they are enabled.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files that may be stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies and similar technologies can help websites remember preferences, understand usage and provide relevant advertising.

You can usually control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.

5. Google advertising and third-party advertising

We are preparing for possible display advertising, including Google AdSense. The information below explains how Google advertising would use data if enabled; it does not mean that display ads are currently being served.

If Google advertising services such as Google AdSense are used, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure advertisements, including ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this or other websites, where permitted.

These technologies may involve information such as IP address, browser or device identifiers, general location and interaction data. We do not control all cookies or technologies used independently by third-party advertising providers.

You can opt out of personalised Google advertising through Google Ads Settings. Turning off personalisation does not remove ads or stop all data processing associated with advertising.

Read how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services for details about data use and available controls. We will update this policy to reflect any advertising services we enable.

6. Analytics

We may use website analytics services to understand general visitor behaviour, such as which pages are visited and how people find the website. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage and device information.

Analytics information is used to help us improve the website and its content.

7. Contact forms and email

Our contact form uses Formspree to process and deliver enquiries to The AI Tech Hub. When you submit the form, the information you enter — such as your name, email address, subject and message — is processed through Formspree so we can receive and respond to your enquiry. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy for information about its handling of data.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage the communication. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through general contact forms or email.

Our newsletter is coming soon. We do not currently collect email addresses for newsletter subscriptions.

8. Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party websites, AI tools, products or services. These external websites operate under their own privacy policies and practices.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites. We encourage visitors to review the privacy policy of any external site they visit.

9. How we share information

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Information may be processed or shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website, respond to enquiries, provide analytics, host website content, prevent abuse or deliver advertising services.

10. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for legitimate operational or security reasons.

11. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. However, no website, internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children's privacy

The AI Tech Hub is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will review the matter.

13. Your choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal information held about you. You may also be able to control cookies through your browser or relevant third-party service settings.
